This is great. The real dilemma is getting dysfunctional people to WANT to change old hablts. Resistance to change is sometimes permanent. Watch the Barbara Walters interview with Bette Davis. Bette sits there talking out of the side of her mouth and lights up a cigarette saying, “It doesn’t seem to do any harm.”

Great video & so informative! I completely agree that it’s time for a Natural Medicine Revolution!
My family & I have been using ‘alternative’ or ‘complementary’ medicine for 25+ years and it is our primary form of health care. Acupuncture, herbs, homeopathics, vitamins, exercise & nutrition keep us healthy and balanced. I believe ‘conventional’ medicine has it’s place, but it should be one part of the whole spectrum of possible care, not the only choice.
